Sir Barry Bowman, KGOR, then Deputy Regional Commander for Europe, framed by Lady Gemma Cruz and his wife, Lady Ana Bowman, President of Maclariz at the Manila Hotel. Lady Gemma Cruz was the Secretary of State for Tourism for the Philippine Government. She was a former Miss Philippines. She is also a great, great grand niece of Dr Jose Rizal.
